2. System Interference

3. Illegal or Harmful Activities

নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ
আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করার সময় নিম্নলিখিত কার্যকলাপগুলি কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ:
১. অ্যাকাউন্টের অপব্যবহার
- প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত তথ্যে টিম বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অ্যাক্সেস স্পষ্টভাবে অনুমোদিত না থাকলে, Toolspoint login, access link, activation details বা subscription credentials অন্য কারও সাথে শেয়ার করা নিষিদ্ধ।
- ব্যবহারের সীমাবদ্ধতা এড়াতে একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা

২. সিস্টেম হস্তক্ষেপ
- নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বা অ্যাক্সেস সীমাবদ্ধতা এড়িয়ে যাওয়ার চেষ্টা করা
- পরিষেবা বা সংযুক্ত সার্ভার/নেটওয়ার্কে হস্তক্ষেপ করা
- স্বয়ংক্রিয় স্ক্রিপ্ট, বট বা সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহার করা
- পরিষেবার যেকোনো অংশ ওভারলোড বা স্প্যাম করা
- ম্যালওয়্যার, ভাইরাস বা ক্ষতিকারক কোড প্রবর্তন করা
৩. অবৈধ বা ক্ষতিকারক কার্যকলাপ
- অবৈধ কার্যকলাপে জড়িত হওয়া বা সমর্থন করতে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করা
- স্প্যামিং, ফিশিং বা প্রতারণামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা
- অন্যদের হয়রানি, অপব্যবহার বা ক্ষতি করা
- অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকারক বা বৈষম্যমূলক কন্টেন্ট তৈরি বা বিতরণ করা
- যেকোনো নেটওয়ার্ক বা সিস্টেমের নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘন করা
৪. বিষয়বস্তুর সীমাবদ্ধতা
নিম্নলিখিত বিষয় সহ ওয়েবসাইট প্রচার বা তৈরিতে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ:
- পর্নোগ্রাফি বা যৌনতাপূর্ণ কন্টেন্ট
- জুয়া বা অবৈধ বাজি পরিষেবা
- সহিংসতা বা ঘৃণা প্রচারকারী কন্টেন্ট
- অবৈধ মাদক বা নিয়ন্ত্রিত পদার্থ
- নকল বা পাইরেটেড পণ্য
- অস্ত্র বা গোলাবারুদ
- প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘন করে এমন অন্য যেকোনো কন্টেন্ট
৫. অন্যায্য ব্যবহার
- পিক টাইমে দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে টুল অ্যাক্সেস একচেটিয়াকরণ
- প্রোডাক্টভিত্তিক সীমা ছাড়িয়ে অতিরিক্ত রিপোর্ট চালানো
- সিস্টেম রিসোর্সে চাপ দেয় এমন বড় বা জটিল কোয়েরি তৈরি করা
- অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের অভিজ্ঞতাকে নেতিবাচকভাবে প্রভাবিত করে এমন ব্যবহার
ন্যায্য ব্যবহারের নির্দেশিকা
- পরিষেবাটি শুধুমাত্র বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করুন
- পিক টাইমে একটানা ব্যবহার ২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ রাখুন
- সক্রিয়ভাবে ব্যবহার না করলে লগ আউট করুন
- সেশন খোলা না রেখে ডেটা ডাউনলোড ও সংরক্ষণ করুন
- সম্ভব হলে অফ-পিক টাইমে বড় রিপোর্ট বা ক্রল নির্ধারণ করুন
- প্রোডাক্টভিত্তিক ব্যবহার সীমা সম্পর্কে সচেতন থাকুন
বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের সীমাবদ্ধতা
- আমাদের পরিষেবার অ্যাক্সেস পুনরায় বিক্রি বা পুনঃপ্যাকেজ করা যাবে না
- টুলগুলিকে আপনার নিজস্ব মালিকানাধীন পরিষেবা হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করা যাবে না
- জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলে তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল ব্যবহারের বিষয়টি প্রকাশ করতে হবে
- এজেন্সি বা টিম ব্যবহারের জন্য স্পষ্ট অনুমতি প্রয়োজন
পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং প্রয়োগ
AUP লঙ্ঘন সনাক্ত হলে আমরা নিম্নলিখিত পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারি:
- ব্যবহারকারীকে সতর্কতা জারি করা
- নির্দিষ্ট টুলে অ্যাক্সেস সাময়িক স্থগিত করা
- সম্পূর্ণ অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক স্থগিত করা
- অর্থ ফেরত ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা
- প্রয়োজনে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া
লঙ্ঘনের প্রতিবেদন করা
